CalArts is seeking an HR Coordinator, Talent Operations to support recruitment, faculty contracting and onboarding. You will manage job requisitions, drafts offers, and coordinate temporary staffing, while maintaining confidential HR data and compliance.

The role reports to the Senior HRBP and works closely with HR partners. The position is full-time, non-exempt, on-site at Valencia, CA, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for cross-functional collaboration across HR

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years HR or recruitment coordination experience.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS/payroll systems preferred.

Aufgaben

• Post and manage job requisitions in the ATS.
• Draft and issue staff and temporary offer letters.
• Coordinate temporary staffing and on-call hiring.
