The Talent Development team is responsible for developing and coordinating Wellington’s global talent development efforts, from individuals just beginning their careers to those at senior levels. The Talent Development Co-op will be involved in ensuring the effective coordination of all the central talent development offerings provided globally and assist with Talent Management activities more broadly. The Talent Development Co-op position offers an opportunity to learn how to manage the operations required by executing all aspects of talent development from workshop administration, vendor management, online learning, and creation of new learning solutions to meet business needs. A key aspect of this role will be the administration of global talent operations through the firm’s Learning Management System and learning the technology and systems that support a Talent Management department. The individual who fills this role will report to Talent Enablement Leader and will be heavily involved with workshop planning and execution. The role requires an individual who is professional, detail-oriented, analytical, and flexible. The candidate will be working in an area that demands a high level of confidentiality and discretion. Maturity in manner and professional appearance are therefore prerequisites for this individual. The individual in this role will depart the co-op position with an understanding of talent development, learning operations and the relation to talent management, as well as an increased aptitude for demonstrating such competencies as project and program management, analysis, and communication.
The Talent Development Co-op will have day-to-day responsibility for administering all development offerings provided centrally to Wellington’s employees through the Learning Management System. The Co-op will work with Talent Development team to ensure the efficient implementation of all workshops and development events. Only Northeastern University students are eligible for this program. Please note: This co-op position entails cross-training to ensure optimal performance across functions. The anticipated start date for accepted candidates is December 2026/January 2027.

The base salary range for this position is: $19-$35 per hour
Other rewards may include a discretionary Corporate Bonus and/ or Incentives, if eligible.
