Responsibilities

• Lead full recruitment process including posting, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
• Manage onboarding, new hire orientation, and personnel file creation.
• Process biweekly payroll and respond to payroll inquiries; maintain HRIS data.
• Assist with benefits enrollment, FMLA tracking, and ACA reporting.
• Maintain personnel records, I-9s, and regulatory reporting.
• Support employee communications, engagement, and performance processes.
