The program provides hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to HR processes across safety-focused operations. Interns will support the HR/TA teams, participate in real projects, and gain practical skills for careers in environmental, energy, and industrial services.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources or Business Management.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Support HR and Talent Acquisition teams with guidance to managers on employee topics.
• Assist with recruiting initiatives and candidate engagement.
• Help with employee engagement, training, and retention programs.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to support workforce planning.
• Use Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools to track data.
