Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition coordination roles.
• Experience using an ATS system to set up and coordinate interviews, Greenhouse preferred.
• 1+ years of interview coordination with senior level stakeholders.
• Experience in startup environments or recruiting agencies.
• 1+ years of experience with HRIS Paycom.
• 1+ years of onboarding experience including offer letters and orientations.
• High attention to detail, sense of urgency, ability to work in loosely structured environments; familiarity with Greenhouse.
• Understanding of Paycom.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment coordination, from intake meeting to onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Oversee onboarding: background checks, drug screenings, I-9s, orientation, offer letters.
• Partner with Paycom HRIS to manage onboarding processes.
• Be proactive, highly organized, and able to collaborate across Talent and HR.

A client in the Brentwood Tennessee area is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team! This position would be three days in office and a 6 month contract to hire with opportunity to grow. As a HR & TA Coordinator you will be working with hiring managers and internal TA to coordinate and support recruitment across all roles. In this role we are looking for someone who has extensive experience scheduling interviews through an ATS, detail oriented, and has a proactive mindset. In this role 60% of your time will be duties within Talent and 40% will be within HR. As a HR & Talent Coordinator, a majority of your day to day will be recruiting coordination and the other portion of your role would be onboarding new hires and conducting onboarding orientations. In this role you will be working with Paycom, their HRIS system and you will be owning candidate onboarding. This would consist of owning the onboarding process start to finish - running background checks, drug screenings, keeping everyone updated, running orientation, I-9s, and more! Therefore, we are looking for someone who is comfortable presenting and answering questions to ensure new hires are set up for success. Overall, we are looking for someone who can own internal recruiting start to finish, which includes running the intake meeting with hiring manager, coordinating interviews, and onboarding. • 1+ years of professional experience using an ATS system: using an ATS system to set up and coordinate interviews, Greenhouse preferred
• 1+ years of interview coordination experience working with senior level stakeholders
• Experience working for a startup organization or recruiting agency background
• 1+ years of experience working with an HRIS system, Paycom preferred
