Job summary

Electrical Components International in Foxborough, MA is seeking an Experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR systems, data integrity, reporting, and process improvements on-site at the MRG facility.

You will oversee full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, payroll reporting, HRIS administration, training programs, performance and salary reviews, and employee relations while aligning with the Vice President & General Manager MRG to drive compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires a college/university degree.
• PHR and/or SHRM-CP designation desired.
• 5-7+ years of HR leadership experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide full cycle recruiting and onboarding.
• Ensure timely processing and data integrity of HR reports.
• Maintain HRIS system and reporting accuracy.
• Administer training programs and address training gaps.
• Conduct performance and salary reviews.
• Prepare weekly/monthly HR/ops reports.
