Calumet seeks an HR Operations Specialist to provide operational support for HR systems, data integrity, and compliance. You will partner across HR, payroll, and the business to drive scalable, data-informed solutions while protecting confidential information.

The role emphasizes administering HR technology across the employee lifecycle, auditing data, and producing reports to support decision-making. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and a Bachelor's degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years in HR operations or related field with experience supporting HRIS platforms.
• Experience working with employee data, reporting, auditing, and process administration.
• Working knowledge of data privacy and handling of PII.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and recurring deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the organization's HR technology across the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain HR data integrity through audits, reconciliations, and resolution of data issues.
• Manage HR workflows, system processes, documentation, and data transactions.
• Support HR system security and access reviews and protection of PII.
• Analyze HR data, metrics, and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate HR audits, KPI reporting, and compliance activities.
