Amazon.com Services LLC in Bellevue, WA is seeking a results-oriented Support Engineer for High Touch Support Services to help Amazon employees access HR services across Time, Work Events, Life Events, Benefits, and Pay & Compensation. You will work with scalable microservices on AWS, performing troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment.

You'll code in Java/React, support deployments, build tools for operations, and collaborate with Product & Tech teams to resolve across HR domains.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/Engineering.
4+ years in a Linux/Unix environment.
4+ years troubleshooting, debugging, and supporting production systems.
1+ years scripting or coding in Shell, Python, Ruby or Java.
Experience on-call rotation and responding to production incidents.

Mansioni

Provide support for High Touch Support Services products across multiple HR domains.
Work on operations and maintenance driven coding projects, primarily Java/React.
Software deployment support in staging and production environments.
Develop tools to aid operations and maintenance of HR support systems.
System and Support status reporting for High Touch Support Services.
Collaborate with Product & Tech teams for issue resolution across HR domains.
