Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an HR Systems Support Specialist to guide employees, managers, and HR partners on Workday, UKG, Guardian, and related tools. You will respond to inquiries via phone, case management, and other channels, and support I-9 processing and pre-employment screening activities.

This role emphasizes data accuracy, process improvements, and proactive use of AI and automation to enhance service delivery in a hybrid environment. Report to the Manager, HR Service Delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Three+ years HR experience
• Experience with Workday or UKG preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with data accuracy experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Hybrid role with 3 days in office; no manufacturing facility travel required

Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance to employees, managers, and HR Partners on HR systems and processes
• Respond to inquiries through phone, case management, and other support channels
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday, UKG, Guardian, and related tools
• Support time off, leaves, policies, and employee programs inquiries
• Troubleshoot system issues and maintain accurate HR data
• Complete audits and corrections as needed
• Support Form I-9 processing and pre-employment screening activities
• Administer HR programs and identify process improvements
• Leverage technology, automation, and AI tools to enhance service delivery
• Report to the Manager, HR Service Delivery
