Job summary

Thorlabs in Newton, NJ is seeking a Systems Analyst I to provide frontline HR technology support and foundational system administration across global platforms. You will handle requests, configure systems, test changes, and maintain documentation.

You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT and external vendors, develop reports and dashboards, ensure data integrity, and support security and compliance while expanding your technical and analytical capabilities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in an HRIS environment or HR tech; 3-5 years business/HR experience.
• BA/BS in Business, HR, Communications or related field; equivalent experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for HR systems questions from global HR teams and internal users.
• Configure, maintain, test and document HR systems; support releases and changes.
