Job summary

Goodwill of Southern Nevada seeks an HR Systems and Analytics professional to ensure the integrity of HR systems, data, and reporting. You will leverage AI-enabled analytics to support workforce planning, performance management, and leadership decisions, while maintaining governance and compliance across HR processes.

The role requires at least 2 years in HR with hands-on HRIS experience, strong analytical skills, and ability to translate data into actionable insights for senior management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive HR experience spanning core HR functions and workforce systems, data, and reporting.
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws with experience supporting compliant HR practices, documentation, and audits.
• Experience exercising independent judgment in addressing HR issues, interpreting workforce data, and supporting management decision-making.
• Experience using an HR Information System (HRIS) to manage employee data, workflows, reporting, and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the integrity, structure, and operation of HR systems, workforce data, and reporting tools to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Integrate HRIS, learning management systems, and AI-enabled tools to support workforce planning and leadership decision-making.
• Analyze workforce data and trends related to staffing, turnover, and productivity and translate findings into insights for management.
• Perform unemployment administration processes, documentation, and reporting to ensure state compliance.
