Job summary

The Goodwill of Southern Nevada seeks an HR Analytics Manager to ensure HR systems, data accuracy, and proactive reporting support leadership decisions on staffing, turnover, and compliance. You will oversee HRIS, analytics, and workforce dashboards.

You will collaborate with department leaders, support unemployment processes, and deliver standard and ad hoc HR reports. Strong analysis and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive HR experience spanning core HR functions and workforce systems.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws; audits and compliance.
• Experience using HRIS to manage data, workflows, and reporting.
• Ability to manage confidential employee records with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manages HR systems, data governance, and reporting tools for accuracy and compliance.
• Integrates HRIS, LMS, and AI tools to support workforce planning and performance management.
• Analyzes workforce data on staffing, turnover, training, and compliance risk.
• Performs HR audits using automation and AI; creates quarterly and annual stats.
• Develops standard and ad hoc workforce reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Monitors compliance indicators and flags trends requiring attention.
• Advises leaders on performance management and employee matters using data-informed guidance.
• Processes unemployment administration tasks and reporting; meets deadlines.
• Maintains monthly evaluation cycles and HRIS documentation.
