Qualifications

• One year of full-time experience in Alameda County HR with personnel policies.
• Two years of HR experience in a large organization qualifies; a BA in HR may substitute one year.
• Management Academy certificate may substitute for six months of experience.
• Civil Service rules may modify minimum qualifications as announced.

Responsibilities

• Perform selected human resources tasks under supervision.
• Establish and maintain record-keeping procedures and systems.
• Gather and evaluate information and communicate findings clearly.
