The role includes handling level 1 HR issues, using HRIS systems like Workday, and collaborating with the HR team to escalate complex cases while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. Hybrid work arrangement with onsite presence is required.

Qualifications

• Typically, a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
• At least one year in customer service, HR support, or a call center environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) to analyze data effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage resolution of all types of level 1 HR issues and questions on time with a high degree of accuracy.
• Work with established policies and performance criteria for Employee Support services.
• Analyze calls and know when to escape issues to a Specialist.
• Have knowledge across HR disciplines and support HRMS processes across the US.
• Complete required training and apply learnings in daily performance.
• Respond to employee issues using Case Management System and Knowledgebase.
