Job summary

You will lead onboarding, investigations, and employee relations while partnering with site leadership to support diversity, safety, and performance management.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and HR experience; travel up to 5% is possible and relocation may be authorized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (completed and verified).
• Three years of HR experience in private, public, government or military environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hiring and new employee onboarding processes.
• Manage corrective action processes including investigations and leadership meetings.
• Support Healthy Living initiatives and diversity & inclusion programs.
• Coordinate salary reviews, performance management, and HR processes.
• Provide policy interpretation and employee relations support.
• Assist with disability and leave management.
• Establish credibility with employees through regular interaction.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and security standards.
