Housing Authority of the County of San Bernardino (HACSB) is seeking an HR Supervisor to lead day-to-day human resources operations under the Director of Administrative Services. The position supervises HR staff, guides employee relations, and coordinates safety programs and benefit administration, ensuring compliant, efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, or closely related field.
• 5+ years professional HR Generalist experience.
• At least 2 years of lead direction or supervisory experience.
• PHR/SHRM-CP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, supervises, and coordinates day-to-day HR operations to ensure timely, accurate delivery.
• Advises managers on employee relations, performance, conduct, and disciplinary actions.
• Oversees recruitment, onboarding, and staffing processes; supports workforce planning.
