Job summary

Stellantis is offering an in-person HR internship at our Toledo, Ohio facility from May through August 2027. Interns will rotate through labor relations, staffing, compliance, and employee engagement, gaining hands-on exposure within the HR team.

Eligible students will receive mentorship, networking events, and potential full-time opportunities. Relocation assistance may be available for eligible candidates, with paid US holidays during the program.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial or Employee Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the internship.
• Willingness to work in Toledo, Ohio for the duration of the internship.
• Completion of freshman year or higher at an accredited university by Spring 2027.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be willing and able to work in a plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR team in labor relations, staffing, and compliance efforts.
• Support onboarding, leave processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Participate in trainings, rotations, and intern networking events.
