Job summary

Invesco in Atlanta invites applicants for a 9-week Early Career Intern in Corporate Services, starting June 2027. You will gain hands-on exposure to events, meetings, and travel operations while being mentored by seasoned professionals.

You’ll build real skills, contribute to strategic initiatives, and may receive a full-time offer after graduation. This on-site internship blends learning with meaningful projects at a global investment firm.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program and expected to graduate by summer 2028.
• All majors welcomed with emphasis on Hospitality, Business Administration/Management, Operations Management and Business and Data Analytics.
• Demonstrated interest in corporate services, business operations, hospitality, travel, meetings and events, data analysis, technology, or process improvement.
• Ability to analyze information, draw conclusions, and clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
• Ability to organize work, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in Invesco’s Atlanta office.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. Invesco does not offer immigration sponsorship for this program.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, technology-focused initiatives designed to improve experiences, operational efficiency, and business outcomes within Corporate Services.
• Support planning and on-site execution of employee events, meetings, and engagement activities.
• Assist with building Cvent registration sites, creating templates, and preparing event reports.
• Support venue research and sourcing for meetings and events.
• Help create and maintain local vendor resources for key office locations.
• Assist with catering and conference-center event workflows and on-site support.
• Welcome employees and guests while supporting event registration desks at the Atlanta office.
• Prepare monthly North American event-volume and spend reports for senior leaders.
• Assist with travel reporting, data analysis, and program-performance reviews.
• Contribute to traveler communications, policy-related initiatives, and employee experience improvements.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and travel suppliers on projects and initiatives.
• Assist with budget tracking, spend analysis, and development of executive presentations.
• Support cross-functional initiatives involving Travel, Meetings & Events, and Corporate Services Strategy.
• Research emerging industry practices and identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness.
• Develop recommendations and presentation materials for leadership discussions and business reviews.
• Contribute to event-technology, client-experience, and service-delivery initiatives.
• Create clear and compelling PowerPoint presentations that communicate findings, recommendations, and project outcomes.
