Job summary

Invesco offers a 9-week Summer Internship Program in 2027 focused on client services within asset management. You will learn from seasoned professionals, participate in orientation and workshops, and work with teams to contribute to meaningful initiatives.

Interns gain hands-on experience, network through events, and may be eligible for a full-time offer after graduation. This role requires enrollment in a bachelor’s program and strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plan strategies with the primary focus of prospecting new business.
• Identify sales opportunities and advisor needs, cross-sell ideas and introduce new concepts.
• Develop asset allocation strategies based on client objectives and risk tolerances.
• Analyze regional/product sales trends within participating broker/dealer firms and among individual financial advisors.
• Work with various departments/individuals within the organization to provide 'Best in Class' service to our financial advisors.
• Handle daily administrative tasks to ensure maximum business efficiency, e.g. update and maintain contact management system.
• Leverage analytical tools as an added resource to internal/external partners in developing portfolio construction ideas.
• Complete internship with a better understanding of the Asset Management industry, specifically distribution.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program and be a Junior graduating by Summer 2028
• Basic understanding of mutual funds and financial markets
• Understanding of investment advisor relationships
• Strong analytical skills
• Comfortable working with technology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to work in one of Invesco's offices where the program is available

• Working towards a college degree in Finance, Economics or a business discipline major preferred
