Responsibilities

• Provides customer service and triages customer issues for all walk-ins and phone calls.
• Assist with the completion of new hire paperwork such as I-9 forms. Provides basic information to customer inquiries based on OCC policies, procedures, and contracts.
• Assists with the coordination of employee onboarding and orientation.
• Maintains the I-9 forms; Purges all I-9 forms according to federal laws.
• Maintains files of HR documents including transcripts and veteran's status.
• Assists with the coordination of HR events.
• Performs all other duties as assigned within the scope of the position.
• Treats all matters in Human Resources as confidential.
