We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising the installation commander in the administration of the authority to appoint, classify, promote, reassign, discipline, demote, detail, compensate, separate, or effect other related personnel and position transactions pertaining to Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) personnel. Serves as Chief of the Human Resources Office in planning, administering, supervising (less than 25 percent of the time), advising on, and performing technical functions involving NAF personnel programs.
