IBM Consulting is seeking a Business Transformation Consultant specializing in HR Transformation. You will partner with clients across industries to craft and implement strategies that transform employee experiences from Hire to Retire, focusing on HR, Workforce Management, and Talent functions.
You will develop roadmaps, upgrade HR technologies, and model processes to drive business value, reduce costs, and improve people experiences.

As a Business Transformation Consultant specializing in HR Transformation, you will bring industry-leading thought leadership to clients to devise and implement strategies that transform employee experiences from Hire to Retire. You will focus on optimizing Human Resource, Workforce Management, and Talent functions by creating a vision and roadmap aligned to the client's business strategy and transformation value case.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Develop Transformation Strategies: Create a vision and roadmap aligned to the client's business strategy and transformation value case, utilizing design thinking and analytics to analyze client needs and recommend solutions that drive business value.
- Innovate with Clients: Collaborate with clients to streamline processes and upgrade and rationalize their HR and Talent Technologies to deliver high-quality services, reduce costs, and deliver business value.
- Analyze Client Needs: Utilize service and process modeling to analyze client needs and identify opportunities for improvement, recommending solutions that align to the business strategy and drive business value.
- Implement Solutions: Implement solutions that align to the business strategy and drive business value, leveraging industry-leading thought leadership and expertise in HR Transformation.
- Drive Business Value: Deliver solutions that reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance employee experiences, driving business value for clients.

Bachelor's Degree
- Deep Expertise in HR Transformation: Proven experience in transforming employee experiences from Hire to Retire, with a strong background in optimizing Human Resource, Workforce Management, and Talent functions.
- Industry-Leading Thought Leadership: Established track record of devising and implementing strategies that drive business value, utilizing design thinking and analytics to analyze client needs and recommend solutions.
- Experience with HR Technology Rationalization: Skilled in upgrading and rationalizing HR and Talent Technologies to deliver high-quality services, reduce costs, and drive business value.
- Service and Process Modeling Expertise: Proficient in utilizing service and process modeling to analyze client needs and identify opportunities for improvement, recommending solutions that align to the business strategy.
- Business Value Delivery: Proven ability to deliver solutions that reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance employee experiences, driving business value for clients.
- Design Thinking Expertise: Deep understanding of design thinking principles and methodologies to analyze client needs and develop innovative solutions that drive business value.
- HR Technology Knowledge: Familiarity with various HR and Talent Technologies, including upgrade and rationalization strategies to deliver high-quality services and reduce costs.
- Analytics and Data Analysis: Experience with data analysis and interpretation to inform business decisions and drive business value, utilizing analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
