Job summary

The Toro Company in Bloomington, MN offers a 12-week HR Strategy & Talent Internship. You’ll gain practical exposure across Talent, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition, working on real projects with guidance from HR professionals.

We seek students pursuing an HR or business degree with a 3.0+ GPA, strong communication, and a customer-service mindset. This internship provides hands-on experience, networking, and a chance to impact HR outcomes.
