Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field or equivalent
• 3+ years of progressively responsible HR or related experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead or independently execute assigned HR projects from planning through completion.
• Provide consultation and support to HR leaders, managers, and employees.
• Analyze information and develop practical recommendations for HR programs.
• Create and improve HR materials, reports, and system documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and manage stakeholder follow-up.
• Interpret policies and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
