Metropolitan Action Commission seeks an Assistant Director of Human Resources to lead the HR function and serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership. The role oversees HR operations, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, compensation coordination, learning and development, and compliance across programs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR or business administration and eight years HR experience, including four years in management.
• Candidate must have a valid driver license.
• Experience with workforce planning, policy administration, and compliance in grant-funded programs is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HR operations, policy development, and service delivery aligned with agency goals.
• Provide executive advisory support and stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and learning initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state requirements and program regulations.
• Manage data reporting, records, and HR information systems.
