Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an HR Consultant to contribute to HR strategies impacting large business units. You will develop and execute tactical plans, support talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, and employee development while ensuring compliance and cost management.

You will partner with HR managers and business leaders, leverage Workday and Tableau for analytics, and help drive enterprise culture and inclusion across HR programs.

• Supports workforce activities including headcount reporting, financials, promotions, and talent management.
• Collaborates with compensation, talent acquisition, and HR partners to provide guidance on employee compensation, within cost constraints.
• Utilizes Workday and Tableau for reporting to inform decisions.
