Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Service Delivery Consultant in Global Compensation Delivery to support payroll, benefits, and HR systems across U.S. and international operations.

You will oversee accounting governance, perform reconciliations, and help strengthen controls within HR financial processes. The role requires accounting experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and HR systems such as Workday.

• Lead accounting governance for GHR events across U.S. and international operations with accurate booking and reporting.
• Establish and maintain an accounting framework compliant with U.S. GAAP/local standards.
• Perform reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial reviews to identify discrepancies.
• Drive risk and control through QA, review of work papers, and control activities.
• Enhance processes and controls using financial and HR data knowledge.
• Support evaluation of processes and technologies to drive improvements.
• Support implementation of controls to mitigate risk.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure processes meet requirements.
• Identify solutions to meet business needs and priorities.
