Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• Six months HR recruitment or staff training experience.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or 1/4 of own body weight, whichever is less.
• Beneficial experience: HR, recruitment, orientation, ATS, ADP, interviewing.

• Support in recruiting, hiring, receptionist duties, and training.
• Prescreen Direct Care applicants by phone and in person; conduct interviews and reference checks.
• Manage background checks, job fairs, and tracking reports; follow up with applicants.
• Handle receptionist duties and assist in orientation and safety training for new hires.
