Fermi America is building Project Matador, a landmark energy and digital infra program in the United States. The Human Resources Specialist executes broad HR support across talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compliance, HR systems, and engagement to enable rapid growth.

The role partners with managers and departments to recruit, onboard, and retain top talent while maintaining data integrity in HRIS and delivering insightful HR reporting for leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• 2+ years in HR supporting multiple disciplines.
• Experience in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, or HR operations.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and HR reporting tools.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Support recruitment activities including postings, screening, interviews, offers.
• Partner with managers for staffing needs and workforce planning.
• Coordinate candidate communications and engaging candidate experience.
• Assist onboarding and new hire orientation programs.
• Support employee relations, performance coaching, and corrective actions.
• Maintain HR records, HRIS data integrity, and HR documentation.
• Generate reports and workforce analytics for leadership.
• Assist with benefits administration and leave management.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
