Banyan Search, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to support our client in Salisbury, NC. This role addresses employee concerns, coaches store leadership, enhances HR documentation, and mitigates organizational risk across multiple locations.

The position focuses on fostering trust, consistency, and fairness to contribute to a positive and engaging workplace culture while ensuring policy compliance and effective issue resolution.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in HR or employee relations, preferably multi-unit retail/hospitality.
• Demonstrated expertise in HR practices, policies, and employee relations.
• Experience conducting investigations, documenting outcomes, and giving actionable recommendations.
• Proficient with HR software, systems, and related technologies.
