Responsibilities

• Execute and follow through on complex HR responsibilities in staffing, compensation, and classification.
• Review and process job postings to ensure policy compliance.
• Screen applicants for minimum qualifications and assist with the hiring process.
• Prepare EPAFs and other personnel actions accurately and timely.
• Assist in processing new hires, transfers, promotions, and other employment actions.
• Prepare reports, track data, and audit for accuracy.
• Maintain high-quality customer service through timely document processing and communications.
• Update databases and assist with other HR functions as needed.
• Travel may be required for conferences or job fairs.
