www.lgenergymi.com As a HR Specialist I in Troy, MI, you’ll support a broad range of HR functions, work with the HR team and business leaders, and help implement HR programs and policies. You will also assist with HR systems including ADP and Success Factors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent, relevant experience.
• 1 to 3+ years of related experience within HR.
• Experience with ADP and other HCM/HRIS products with multiple modules preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR questions and policies
• Assist with organizational changes, employee transfers and other transactions
• Support maintaining employee records, HRIS updates and HR documentation
• Support employee relations matters including employee concerns and workplace investigations
• Support recruitment activities and onboarding process
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, and corporate events
• Perform other duties as assigned
