Qualifications

• Basic understanding of extracting/revising HR information in documents, files, and databases.
• Ability to explain HR procedures and guidance with supervision as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers through open communication.
• Assist with developing desk guides, SOPs, and reference materials for Classification Unit.
• Research and analyze data to identify issues and potential resolutions.
• Respond to stakeholder inquiries with policy references and links to information.
• Provide information on Classification processing procedures and requirements.
