Tango Analytics in Coppell, TX is seeking a full-time on-site HR Specialist to manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding and benefits administration. You will maintain Rippling records, handle employee data with discretion, and serve as a reliable anchor for a lean team.

The role emphasizes organized work habits, confidentiality, and long-term stability over rapid advancement, with a focus on accurate data entry, audits, and payroll backup support.

Competenze

• Experience: 1–3 years in an office support or HR administrative role.
• Rippling experience strongly preferred; training available for the right candidate.
• Work style: exceptionally organized, able to manage a large daily task list.
• Discretion: maintains confidentiality of private team member data and salaries.

Mansioni

• Handle day-to-day HR tasks including onboarding new hires and offboarding
• Manage benefits updates and enrollment; ensure Rippling records are accurate
• Enter and update Rippling data: addresses, job titles, files
• Track time off and leaves; log attendance and leave of absence requests
• Provide first-line answers on policies and time-off procedures
• Pull periodic reports from Rippling (headcount, benefits sign-ups)
• Assist with annual benefits open enrollment and audits
• Serve as payroll backup when needed
