Job summary

The CAM Collective (TCC) in the Chicagoland area is seeking an HR Generalist to own the day-to-day HR administration for 100–115 employees across multiple entities. You will run Rippling, manage benefits, and keep the compliance calendar on track.

This role reports to the Director of People, with opportunities to design workflows, advance HRIS strategy, and responsibly use AI to automate recurring processes as the backlog is cleared.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HRIS administration across multiple entities and states.
• Experience managing onboarding, benefits, and compliance.
• Ability to close backlog and design workflows.
• Strong partnering with Finance on payroll and audits.
• Experience with AI in HR processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Rippling administration for all employees.
• Build automated HR workflows to reduce manual work.
• Manage benefits enrollment and vendor coordination.
• Maintain compliance calendar and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with FinOps and MC People Partners.
• Deliver a positive employee experience from offer to day one.
