In this role you will leverage your HR expertise to champion our culture, manage a range of HR processes, and serve as a trusted advisor to staff and management, fostering positive employee relations and a productive work environment.

The project site is near Van Buren Township, MI. You will collaborate with on-site supervisors, support Talent Acquisition, ensure compliance with EEO, labor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field and 3–5 years HR experience.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, or benefits administration.
• Proficiency with HRIS, databases, MS Office, and data analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and confidentiality.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Champion Walbridge culture of inclusion and promote strong working relationships.
• Ensure compliance with EEO, labor classifications, and OFCCP.
• Support Talent Acquisition and collaborate with on-site supervisors.
• Oversee onboarding, health initiatives, training, and labor postings.
• Lead investigations and resolve employee relations matters promptly.
