Qualifications

This role is responsible for classifying positions ranging from entry through senior levels across a variety of occupational groups, including engineers, scientists, specialists, and administrative positions.The specialist will independently perform complex Federal classification work, review and develop position descriptions, conduct job analyses and desk audits, evaluate positions against applicable classification standards, nd provide technical guidance to HR specialists, supervisors, and management.
