Job summary

Seaboard Energy currently seeks an HR Specialist to support recruitment, onboarding, employee support, benefits administration, timekeeping, and payroll coordination to deliver a positive employee experience.

The role partners on site with supervisors and HR stakeholders, maintains accurate records, and ensures HRIS processes are followed. You will contribute to HR initiatives within a growing workforce.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding HR data.

Responsibilities

• Support hourly recruitment and onboarding coordination.
• Answer routine HR, benefits, timekeeping, payroll questions.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Review timekeeping and coordinate with payroll for corrections.
• Assist with benefits administration and Open Enrollment.
• Process personnel actions in HR systems.
• Assist with offboarding, training coordination, reporting and audits.
• Support HR initiatives and process improvements.
