Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or related field.
• Two years of professional HR or employee relations experience.
• SHRM or HRCI certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for employees and leadership on employee relations concerns.
• Develop and implement employee engagement strategies and Kaizen initiatives.
• Communicate policies and maintain confidentiality of information.
• Support general affairs, including invoices and travel arrangements.
• Use Excel and HRIS to gather and track HR data and KPIs.
