Responsibilities

• Provide HR, payroll, and benefits support via phone, email, and case management systems.
• Assist employees and managers with Workday transactions and inquiries.
• Process hires, terminations, promotions, pay changes, leave requests, and benefits updates.
• Administer benefit programs and maintain accurate employee records.
• Ensure data integrity within Workday and HR systems.
• Investigate and resolve inquiries; escalate when necessary.
• Document customer interactions and maintain case records.
• Coach employees on self-service tools and resources.
• Collaborate with HR team and cross-functional departments.
• Identify and support process-improvement initiatives.
• Monitor inquiry trends and recurring issues.
• Participate in ongoing training and policy updates.
• Follow up with employees to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
• Support special projects and additional HR duties.
