Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience (HCM, PEO, payroll, SaaS, or related industry preferred).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong prospecting and closing skills.
• Experience building referral partnerships and networks.
• Ability to engage and sell to executives and business owners.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities.
• Execute a strategic go-to-market sales approach.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Consultative sales approach with tailored HR solutions.
• Position PEO and ASO services to decision-makers and executives.
• Quantify value and business impact for clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through closing and onboarding.
• Conduct in-person and virtual client meetings.
• Deliver presentations to C-level stakeholders and business owners.
• Build referral channels through brokers and strategic partners.
• Maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
• Partner with internal teams to support deal strategy and client onboarding.
