Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and assist with HR policy inquiries (benefits, leave administration, employment center questions).
• Evaluate and analyze employee requests, interpret the situation, and determine resolutions or escalation.
• Communicate resolutions/escalations to customers clearly.
• Prepare documentation and process necessary paperwork.
