Job summary

HelloConnect, part of the HelloFresh network, seeks an experienced HR Generalist to provide broad HR support for our distribution centers. You will handle payroll, timekeeping, roster audits, and employee data in Workday, ensuring accurate records and timely responses to inquiries.

Ideal candidates have at least three years in HR, payroll experience, and proficiency with HRIS tools. This hybrid role offers growth in a dynamic, global BPO environment with diverse teams across continents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least three years of HR Generalist experience or similar.
• Working knowledge of payroll and timekeeping processes.
• Proficient with HR systems, databases, and office software.
• Experience with Workday and ERP/HRIS/Payroll tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide generalist HR support to the facility in all HR areas.
• Perform payroll support and timekeeping data entry for accuracy.
• Audit rosters using local HR tools and data sources.
• Update shift codes & schedules in ADP for roster accuracy.
• Manage and audit employee profiles in Workday for accuracy.
• Maintain personnel records for HelloFresh and temporary staff.
• Support callout and time-off verification for shift planning.
• Assist with new hire orientations as needed.
• Meet SLA targets for HR inquiries via Workday Help.
• Participate in special HR projects as assigned.
