Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires four years of college, preferably in business or public administration.

• Prefers five years of experience managing or overseeing employee services functions, including benefits administration, payroll operations, timekeeping, or employee records management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Benefits, Timekeeping, Transactions, and Payroll in HR for IEMA-OHS.
• Supervise HR staff and ensure timely service delivery.
• Manage agency-wide training and onboarding/offboarding programs.
• Provide confidential reporting and program support to HR management and leadership.
• Assist with labor relations matters as needed.
