Job summary

APCO Holdings is seeking an HR Services Analyst to support benefits administration, HR technology, payroll, and HR services programs within our HR Shared Services team. You will collaborate with employees, payroll, and vendor partners to ensure accurate data and timely processing.

The role emphasizes benefits management, system maintenance, data integrity, and continuous improvement initiatives across HR Services, with opportunities to influence Open Enrollment and payroll quality control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• Three+ years in HR operations, benefits administration, HRIS, payroll support, or related function preferred.
• Hands-on experience administering employee benefit programs and resolving eligibility, enrollment, billing, or deduction issues preferred.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, and benefit administration systems; ADP Workforce Now preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration of employee health and welfare benefit programs.
• Serve as a resource to employees on eligibility, enrollment, coverage, deductions, and life events.
• Review benefit enrollments and reconciliations across HRIS, payroll, and carriers.
• Reconcile benefit invoices and vendor billing to ensure accurate payments.
• Coordinate with carriers, brokers, and vendors to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Support Open Enrollment activities including system configuration and testing.
