Job summary

Sartorius AG in Puerto Rico is seeking a Human Resources Service Partner to deliver efficient support to HR customers. You will manage the full employee life cycle in Workday, from onboarding through offboarding, and serve as the first contact for employee issues.

The role requires a Bachelor's in HR, 5+ years as HR generalist or in service delivery, strong policy knowledge, and excellent communication in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience as HR generalist or in service delivery in a confidential environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and maintain attention to detail with customer focus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as first contact for HR inquiries and resolve issues via Workday cases.
  • Administer full employee life cycle in Workday (hire, changes, leaves, terminations).
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding, documentation, and employee data accuracy.
  • Support payroll, benefits, and compensation administration and audits.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and contribute to policy development.

HR Service PartnerThe Human Resources Service Partner is responsible for delivering efficient and effective support to HR customers, including employees, HR Business Partners, and HR Managers. This role oversees the employee life-cycle; from onboarding to offboarding process. Serves as the first point of contact for resolving employee issues submitted via Workday help cases by interpreting and applying HR policies and procedures with independent judgment. The position provides recommendations on HR matters, contributes to continuous process and quality improvements, and may participate in the development and enhancement of HR policies and practices. The role requires handling sensitive employee concerns and supporting HR operational decisions. Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Regulations, Occupational Health and Safety Administration System (OSHA) Regulations.
