Responsibilities include onboarding and offboarding support, HR cycle participation, and strong collaboration with the HR team to ensure precise processing and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of administrative or customer services experience is required.
• 1 year of Human Resources experience is preferred.
• Must have onboarding experience (pre- and/or onboarding).
• Strong experience with Workday.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Understanding of confidentiality, communication and customer service.
• Understanding of compliance.
• Demonstrates conflict resolution and escalation when needed.
• Experience in documenting and updating HR records.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time, accurate responses to inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures and processes.
• Process employee-related transactions based on research and process guidelines.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes and support HR cyclical processes and compliance.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure accurate processing of employee transactions.
• Deliver service professionally and efficiently, managing expectations to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Escalate complex issues as applicable and maintain documentation for HR cases.
