Job summary

The role supports onboarding/offboarding, HR cycles, and compliance, collaborates with the HR team, and escalates complex issues while maintaining thorough records.

Candidates need at least one year of administrative or customer service experience; Workday proficiency is preferred;

Qualifications

• 1 year of administrative or customer services experience (Required).
• HR experience (Preferred).
• Strong experience with Workday.
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills.
• Understands confidentiality, communication and customer service.
• Understands compliance and accurate HR record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time, accurate responses to inquiries on HR policies, procedures and processes.
• Process employee transactions based on research and process guidelines.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Support HR cyclical processes and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure accurate processing of employee transactions.
• Escalate complex issues and maintain documentation/records for HR cases.
