Qualifications

• 1 year of administrative or customer services experience is required.
• 1 year of Human Resources experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time, accurate responses to inquiries on HR issues, policies, procedures, and processes.
• Process employee transactions accurately based on research and guidelines.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities and support HR cyclical processes and compliance.
• Maintain documentation and records for HR cases and escalate complex issues as needed.
