Job summary

Clarios invites motivated students to join a Summer HR Rotational Internship in the greater Milwaukee area. You will support recruiting, onboarding, engagement, and leadership development across multiple HR disciplines in a hybrid setting.

As you rotate through organization design, analytics, talent management, and employee relations, you will gain hands-on experience while collaborating with HR professionals and leaders. Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship is required.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• Ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area in the summer.
• Interest in an HR Rotational Program across multiple locations after graduation.
• Summer 2027; up to 40 hours per week.
• Hybrid internship; quiet workspace and option to work in the office.

What You Will Do

• Partner with leaders to identify hiring needs and support the recruitment process.

How You Will Do It

• Collaborate with HR professionals and leaders to support key business and talent priorities.
• Build strong working relationships through teamwork, communication, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
• Take ownership of assigned projects while demonstrating initiative, a willingness to learn, attention to detail, receptiveness to feedback and strong organizational skills.

What We Look For

• Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• Ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area in the summer.
• Interest in being considered for an HR Rotational Program in several different field manufacturing locations across the US following graduation.
• Duration: Summer 2027. Up to 40 hours per week.
• Working Arrangements: Hybrid internship – must have a quiet workspace away from interruptions, with the option to work in the office. Be able to maintain regular contact with the supervisor/team via virtual methods.
